The UPCYCLED Australia website is owned and operated by UPCYCLED Australia, ABN 37909-665540. The aim of the website is to provide information about and access to a range of products for sale and delivery to anywhere in Australia and some other countries. To ensure a safe environment for all users, these terms and conditions were established.
By accessing any areas of upcycledaustralia.com and other related websites, you agree to be legally bound to and to abide by the terms and conditions set forth below.
Ordering, Pricing and Payment
The quality and look of UPCYCLED Australia’s bags and accessories may vary slightly compared to the product photos on the website for the simple reason that each item is uniquely handmade from recycled materials – which means no UPCYCLED Australia products are exactly identical to another, there are no bags, belts etc ever exactly the same. We try to ensure a high level of quality and consistency throughout our entire range, but because every piece of recycled tyre tube is different and unique in wear/tear, size, colour-patterns, thickness etc, it is impossible to exactly duplicate any product we offer at UPCYCLED Australia. Please be aware of that fact when placing your order, as well as the fact that the photos on the website are only used as examples which represent the style, size and design of each product, the actual product you will receive when ordering may be slightly different to the photos.
All products and items offered on upcycled-byronbay.com are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or sold out at any time. Your order will be processed once your payment has been received. All prices quoted on upcycledaustralia.com are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Online Payment Processing
UPCYCLED utilizes PayPal for all credit card transactions. We do this because PayPal offers a trusted and secure international payment solution. Further and very importantly PayPal offers a Buyer Protection program to give buyers who pay via PayPal security and confidence to order online. For more information about PayPal's Buyer Protection click here. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal, simply choose the pay by credit card option.
GST, Taxes & Duties
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes; however they may incur taxes and/or duties applied by customs in the country where the order is delivered to. The responsibility for any of these charges will rest with the customer. Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a "gift’’.
All orders sent within Australia contain GST on the shipping price.
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (within Australia):
All orders will be shipped by Express Post Satchels (estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days for locations within the Express Post service area, for all locations outside the service area: fastest possible delivery, as outlined by Australia Post) These satchels are NOT registered mail but do come with a tracking code. Small orders up to 150 grams (single wallets, up to 2 bracelets, etc) will be shipped via registered large letter.
Domestic Shipping Prices
For orders up to 120gr: AUD$ $ 4.90 (Registered letter) (applies to single wallets or up to 2 bracelets and other small items per envelope only)
For orders 121gr to 0.5kg: AUD$ 10.95 (applies small bags)
For orders 0.5kg to 3kg: AUD$ 15.80 (applies to most UPCYCLED bags)
For orders 3kg to 5kg: AUD$ 24.60 (applies to 2 bags or more, large bags etc etc)
For orders above 5kg: please contact us for an individual quote on shipping
International Shipping
There are various shipping options available internationally, please contact us for individual shipping-quotes and estimated delivery times on international shipments.
Technical Errors
Occasionally technical errors or glitches may occur which are beyond our control, we would appreciate to be notified in case you notice anything on the website that appears to be a mistake so that the problem can be looked into. UPCYCLED Australia reserves the right to make amendments to orders which may have been placed on which an error has occurred. Please see also the Fraud-section.
